- 500g Ground beef (lean)
- 2 medium Potatoes(cubed)
- 2 Onion(finely diced)
- 3 Tomatoes(chopped)
- 5 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 inch Ginger(grated)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Β½ tsp Chili powder
- to taste Salt
- Β½ cup Peas (optional)

Heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry onions 10 minutes until deep golden.

Add garlic, ginger, and all spices except garam masala. Fry 1 minute.

Add ground beef. Break up lumps and cook until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes. Cook until they break down and oil separates, about 8 minutes.

Add potato cubes and ΒΌ cup water. Cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
