- 2 medium Potatoes(cubed)
- 2 Onion(finely diced)
- 3 Tomatoes(chopped)
- 5 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 inch Ginger(grated)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- ½ tsp Chili powder
